Information We Collect

We collect account details (name, email, phone), booking details (occasion, delivery address, selected performer and treats), payment metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers), device push tokens, and approximate location when you choose to share it for delivery.

How We Use Information

We use your information to create and fulfill Love Notes bookings, process payments, send order confirmations and service updates, improve the app, and comply with law.

Sharing

We share necessary booking details with assigned performers and service providers (payment processor, email delivery, hosting). We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention & Security

Orders and account data are retained while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Your Choices

You may update profile information in the app or on this website, request account deletion from Account settings (which deletes your login and profile), and revoke location or notification permissions in device settings.

Children

Love Notes is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
